2. Excavate and seal the joint between the window frame and the wall, remove the original sealing material, apply cement-based waterproof coating, and then fill it with waterproof mortar or other materials to prevent water leakage.
2、 What should I do if there is water seepage on the balcony threshold?
Reason: This type of ground leakage is caused by cracks in the threshold area, which are not compact enough, resulting in water leakage from outdoor areas to indoor areas.
Solution: Cut and seal the threshold area. Dig a 200-300 wide groove along the balcony threshold outdoors, with a depth of up to the structural slab surface. Then use water to press and wipe the threshold and floor structure without leakage, and then apply waterproof coating. After the waterproof construction is completed, a water storage test shall be conducted. After passing the test, the balcony floor shall be restored to its original structure.

Reason: Due to the construction of the waterproof layer in the bathroom, the construction quality of the waterproof layer on the ground and wall parts was not qualified.
