Family leakage

1. Leakage construction should use coating waterproof materials.
2. The function of the leakage material should comply with the relevant regulations of the country and should have a product qualification certificate.
3. The surface of the bottom layer should be flat, without any defects such as hollowing, sanding, cracking, etc. The moisture content of the bottom layer should meet the construction requirements of the waterproof material. The waterproof layer should extend from the ground to the wall, 250mm above the ground. The height of the waterproof layer on the bathroom wall should not be less than 1800mm.
4. The leak proof cement mortar leveling layer is tightly connected to the foundation, without hollowing, with a flat and bright surface, no cracks or sanding, and the internal and external corners are made into circular arcs.
5. The waterproof layer of the coating is evenly applied, with a thickness that meets the requirements of the product's skill rules. The thickness is usually not less than 1.5mm without exposing the bottom.
6. When using construction joints, they should be overlapped in the direction of the flowing water, with an overlap width of not less than 100mm. When using two or more layers of fiberglass cloth for overlapping, they should be staggered by half of the width.
7. The surface of the coating should be non foaming, non flowing, flat and without height, and the joints with pipe fittings, sanitary ware feet, floor drains, and drainage outlets should be tight and smooth without leakage.
8. The thickness and strength of the protective layer cement mortar need to meet the planning requirements. It is forbidden to damage the waterproof layer during operation. According to the planning requirements, the above ground flashing slope should be made, the drainage should be unblocked, and there should be no water accumulation on the slope surface.
9. After the completion of the leakage project, it is necessary to conduct a 24-hour water storage test.
